Most living supports start with a model and ask you to fit into it. Individualised Living Options turns that around. ILO is about designing a home and support arrangement that genuinely reflects how you want to live, who you live with, where, and the mix of support that surrounds you. It’s one of the most flexible and personal supports the NDIS offers, and it’s built on a simple belief: you should have real choice and control over your own life.
Rather than moving you into a set program, we work alongside you to explore the possibilities, weigh up what matters most, and then put the pieces in place. The result is a living situation that feels like yours, shaped by your preferences, your relationships, and your goals.
There’s no single ‘right’ way to live, and ILO is designed to honour that. Maybe you’d thrive sharing with a like-minded housemate, or living with a host family who provides some support, or having your own place with help dropping in, or perhaps a blend that shifts over time. Whatever picture feels right to you, we treat it as the starting point and work backwards from there, rather than nudging you towards whatever happens to be easiest to arrange.

Individualised Living Options is funded through the NDIS as a distinct support, usually involving an exploration and design stage followed by ongoing support funding, with the specifics depending on your plan and goals.
